OK I have two question. For 1: I want to do aerobic exercises but without using my legs, due to an injury. Any accepted wisdom? Swimming is not an option as within is NO facility in my nouns. This may sound abnormal, but sometimes I bite my tongue at night sometimes. It doesn't surface every night, but every few weeks I'll wake up up in the morning and my tongue will hurt for days. I've mentioned this to my friends and they said it never happen to them. I never wake up, but it hurts intensely badly within the morning. It's started happening more frequently, and I'd close to to do something about it. I haven't mentioned it to a doctor, because it doesn't appear like a big concordat, but is there anything I can do to stop it? I don't enjoy any dreams that I can remeber on nights when it happen, so dreams might not have anything to do beside it. Does this happen to anyone else? Thanks!Answers:
used to surface to me all the time. mind you, thats not essential the worst of the things i did in my sleep (talking, walking, even popping a squat beneath the christmas tree when i was a kid). Well i used to grind my teeth comparatively a bit and i got worried, so i go to a denturist (i heard they're the best for this) and she made me a custom mouthguard. This stopped the grinding and biting. I still tramp around sometimes though :(
You might need a mouthguard. society who grind their teeth at night use them. Go to your GP/Doctor. They should be capable of advise you. Don't verbs, they won't mind, it's their job!

There are greatly of medications used for anxiety that are VERY inexpensive. You could receive a perscrption for Xanax or Ativan...both should not cost you more than 15.00. Keep in mind that both of these medication are controlled substances, which means that they can be habbit forming. Make sure you pinch them as directed by your doctor and not more than that. Zoloft is now out next to a generic as well...it's not habbit forming, but will be more expensive than the xanax or ativan (probably around 30.00-40.00) Hope this help. Plus, let the doctor know you don't own insurance, a lot of times they own samples at the bureau of new medication out that you can get for free.

i dont suppose there is a opening to get rid of gnat or mosquito bites. what more or less something like wearing dark tights? to cover them?
the best thing to do is to put some sort of bite cream on them - something close to Savlon, you can get it pretty cheap from a chemist - and letting them treat. dont pick at them because they can scar.

I wish I could grant a quick solution! Whatever you do, don't cut into them; you will most likely acquire them infected and make them worse. Get some antihistamine and apply that to the bites to aid stop the itching.

That is somewhat a matter of personal fancy, but there is a point where on earth it can be too much of a good entry. My rule of thumb (so to speak) is: if it looks like it may require a drop by to the doctor when you are done, that's too much! If it is anywhere near the size of my arm , that's too much!
