Tinnitus sounds?
I have have a ringing sound within my ears for a while now but only just, i've been getting a ring AND a humming sort of nouns... the soft humming type of sound solely occurs when i'm sleeping and i can't hear it during the morning even when it's totally quiet.. can near be more than one sound if you hold tinnitus and why does it only go down when i sleep, can it be something to do with me lying down?
