I'm other constipated, and when I do go it's contained by nugget form lol... anyways my doctor has told me to incorporate more fiber into my diet... ingestion a lot of fruit is supposed to lend a hand as well as exercising on a regular principle.. I've tried it all and nil works for me, but this might work for you since it usually works for everyone else =]

i don't know your age, so it makes it a bit harder to answer. if you're a juvenile or preteen, then you may of late be hungry because you're growing. you'll be especially hungry if you have a sudden 'growth spurt'. sometimes, hunger can be mistaken for thirst. you may be dry!

It is a honourable choice. Ultram was introduced as a non-addictive anguish reliever, but some people do return with addicted to it. I guess it depends on the individual, but there is smaller quantity chance of becoming addicted to Ultram than Vicodin. Ultram is inferior relieving pain though.
