During allergy season I can't give the impression of being to stop coughing, any home remedies out here?

I've tried OTC and prescription strength cough medicines, but so far they one and only supress the cough for a few hours. Is there anything that will truly help me carry rid of the cough and not just surpress it?

we use vicks vapor rub - doesn't smell the greatest but it is better than taking a bunch of medicine that doesn't even work.

i'm not trying to push views on you or tell you to do it but after a stressful day i like to smoke some marijuana, quality is everything.

hot tea (of any legal herbs) also calms me down, i'm not a big chamomile person so its a lot of green tea and branching out and trying new flavors.
Praying and going to Church for the depression, anxiety I don't know I still have it sometimes.

The only thing that ever worked for me is Effexor XR. I tried St John's Wart, and a vitamin called SAM-e and neither of them worked. I really don't put too much faith in herbs, I have never met anyone that has been cured of anxiety/depression with herbs.

As far as books are concerned, the Anxiety and Phobia Workbook is a great book, I honestly think it was more helpful than my counselor was.

One thing that really helps is exercise. When my anxiety was really bad a few years ago, I used to go running, when I was done was I literally too exhausted to worry about anything.

My friend has other had desperate migranes. A while ago, she told me that she had thrown up the dark before. I asked why and she said that she have a migrane.
