Epsom saline hose soak—before or after shower?

I'm healing an ingrown toenail and my podiatrist said that I should soak the foot within epsom salt dampen daily for 15 minutes. Is it more decisive to do it before or after I cart a shower or does it really make a difference?

I would soak before the shower. So that the shower wash away the salts. If you are vanished with a aromatic foot then maybe it may dry out excessively which could lead to some other foot related problem.

I can't sleep?

I can never get a biddable night sleep. Sure I get hold of 6-10hrs of sleep a night(8 is the mode) but it's never good. I'm told I communicate in my sleep, and I KNOW I win vivid dreams. Could that be part of it?

Is it that your wake up throughout the night? Or basically waking up sensation as if you haven't slept at all?(Even after a full hours of darkness about 8 hours) If it is that you're wake up a lot of times, I would try a couple things first. One person, take the tv out of the room, and DO NOT do any work, reading, etc within your bed. Most people do lots of other things surrounded by their bed other than sleep. Experts say-so this isn't good. Dedicate your bed JUST TO SLEEP. And follow the unconcealed, lay down when your TIRED. If you find you are laying within for 45min with zilch, get up, step into another room and try and relax more. Another piece of advice is to try topical pillows and/or matress.

However, if you are sleeping heavy (talking contained by your sleep, snoring, etc) and you wake up thought you still haven't gotten ANY sleep, go and enjoy your hormones checked. (specifically thyroid hormone) Best of luck! I hope this helps!

I highly reccomend doing yoga or meditate before you sleep, I know it sounds a moment or two cooky, but it really does work. For 5 minutes, before you run to sleep. sit somewhere quiet contained by somewhat dim lighting (bright lights can keep you awake) close your eyes and try to clear your mind, it help if you focus on a single word such as peace or serenity. I know it sounds wacky, but it works really well!
Whay? Are you hot or umcomfy? If so, try a diffirent place, or use a devotee! (I can't sleep in my bed, I close to the couch!) If it's not that then you probably of late have a intensely active mind! When I was a bit kid I randomly take adrenaline rush for no reason and very soon I still do . When I get adrenaline rush I can't ruminate of anything but to fight , I have a feeling a sudden change contained by me like:

This is going to nouns funny but my son is convinced that chicken has made him grow high-ceilinged. I tend to believe that the growth hormones in meat probably do hold something to do with the style people are growing taller in this day and age. My son is 16 and is 6'7 the tallest person on any side of his family is 6'3 so inheritance aren't totally responsible for his height. He also add that when he was a touch kid he prayed every night to be 6'6 so he could play professional basketball...so I guess alittle prayer doesn't hurt.

Extreme lighthead/dizzyness?

I have be extremely lightheaded & dizzy since yesterday afternoon. Can barely waddle & stand up. Dizzy even when sitting down. Oxygen level, pulse, blood pressure, blood sugar & adjectives is which in mundane range (blood pressure a lil low & blood sugar a lil high) not adequate to cause any problems though. No other problems save for extremely lightheaded & dizzy. Any idea whats wrong or how I can stop response lighthead & dizzy? Don't know if this works to be honest and can't rob any responsibility for consequences! I have a disagreeable cold too and have taken loads, 15-20g. No side effects so far. Too much vitamin c give you diarrhoea so be careful!

Go to the pharmacy/health food shop and acquire some cold/flu stuff. Also get some echinacea (supposed to back with colds). Drink lots of hot drinks close to green tea and lemon and lots of fluids. don't have any alcohol or coffee cos it dehydrates.

Take paracetomol or sth earlier the exam and a bottle of water near you. Good luck!

Drink hot tea, near honey and lemon in it, its call a hot one, specifically its herbal tea with a teaspoon of lemon, teaspoon of honey, and a shot of wiskey. Only do the shot if ur 21 though!! it make the thorat feel better..or try Airborne
