I gave up smoking more or less 6 months ago. I haven't regretted it. I hate it. The smell is sickening my teeth r yellow for a few months after i quit i be still coughing up nicotine. but i was curious do u smoke? hold u smoked? how long? did u just try it or be it a habit? did u quit? do u plan on quitting? realistically will u ever quit? what does ur kith and kin think roughly it? what would make u stop? or anything else ud close to to share. like i said im jsut curious and a lil bored

i'm 22. started smoking regularly when i be 13. i took my first puff when i was 6. my sister and i stole butts out of our parent's ashtrays. (she be 11)

i started buying packs when i be 15. i think i smoked roughly speaking a pack a week for while. i smoked at school, home, anywhere really.

i saw a girl ultimate night who looked approaching she couldn't have be more than 13 light up and i be so disgusted. she was even wearing one of those outfits where on earth the top and bottom match and hold tweety things on it. now i know how citizens felt when i did that (not the tweety thing)

i do want to quit. i know that i'm seriously risking my duration, especially since i've smoked through my teen years. i'm sure i will quit soon. 2 years ago i quit for a month and it was great!!

What happen to me,what could it own be?

i just finshed ingestion lunch in a resturant near my family the other morning,and when i was finshed i go to the bathroom,feeling a bit flushed i looked within the mirror and my whole frontage and neck be red and looked like i have a rash(but it was not a rash)and i feel very fundamentally hot in the obverse,i was thinking I don`t know it was my blood presure creeping up (getting high) i hold essential hypertension,and i am 31 weeks pregnant,i had pre-eclampsia near my first pregnancy,just wondering does this nouns like it is blood pressure related or not?

I have the exact same problem and I'm 20 (I don't regard ByeDr.com is helping). Anyway, what I noticed is that once summer starts, my sleep programme goes crazy, and this is because I really don't hold to wake up hasty for classes anymore. My suggestion to try to normalize this is to set an alarm and wake up at a conceivable time (9 or 10), and then your body should do the rest.

Also, just this minute the 8-hours of sleep rule has be somewhat abandoned by doctors, similar to the 8 cups of wet myth. Everyone is different, as long as you aren't fatigued during the day, and don't enjoy an extremely erratic sleep schedule, its probably not harm you.
7 1/2 to 9 hours is best for anyone at any age. if you sleep is inconsistant try sleeping in 2 shifts. i have a night career and found 2 4 1/2 hour shifts worked great for me.
mostly you need to swot to destress and schedule your sleep approaching you do anything else. when you have a regular sleep time your body is in position for sleep. don't expect this to happen contained by a couple days though.

i own found that eating eggs really help me (dunno, maybe newly a personal thing), as well as drinking lots of red juice and dampen. apparently, the hangover is mostly caused by dehydration, so the marine drinking makes sense.
also, the B vitamins are supposed to give support to out, like those found within brewer's yeast.
unfortunately, brewer's yeast is kinda gross, so if you can rob a vitamin supplement, i would do that instead.

Withdrawal from 25mg of Zoloft? Are you? Help..?

Is anyone out there taking zoloft but is trying to return with off it? I own been taking Zoloft probably resembling 6 months and I use to take 50mg but told my docotor I needed to start 25mg so I have be taking them for a while and then I run out of those pills. Last night I kept crying and even get mad out of no where on earth. My dad,mom, and twin sister were resembling what is wrong?! and I couldn't tell them because I didn't know. My mom needed to take my to the hospital because she feel like in that is nothing she can do for me anymore,I needed to say ok. But I didn't. Then my dad yell at me that my ex-boyfriend is still on my mind and that made me mad and upset. Anyway I stayed home from institution today because I just quality hopeless and tired. I feel close to I have have insomina or something because I haven't went to bed in the past 2AM since Friday. Do I need to have a word to someone? The zoloft never really did anyting for me anyway. I think I hit the final straw next to my family,since freshmen year of big school I enjoy

I've never taken Zoloft but I believe we're both have SSRI Withdrawal. This is a documented effect of coming off of an antidepressant. It's devastating, and the best that you can do is be strong and wait it out. I'm doing duplicate thing, I've be off of Paxil for two months in a minute. Either you can go final on Zoloft (I wouldn't) or tough it out. It's so hard, but I really quality for you. Goodluck.
Go talk to someone. you might not be on the right meds.. I bring lexapro and it is wonderful, but it didnt work for my best friend, she needed celexa.. Ask to see a psycologyst.. sounds like you might own clynical depression. you will feel better and more rank eventually..

Hello in that Sarah, believe it or not. This is also happening to me, i sit my first extremly important exam yesterday, and the subsequent is tomorrow. All my family are expecting me to go past as they think i own put in a huge ammount of revision, however instead of revising in a minute (As they think i am) I'm on the web...

It's normal to be aware of upset, how ever i do not think its depression that you enjoy. When your expected to do something really well, and everyone is "Cheering" for you, and you know your going to go amiss, you immediately surface "Sick" to the stomach, and you start to think too much nearly it which doesn't help the situation. I suggest that you merely calm down, listen to some soft, soporific music and then atleast "Try" to do some work, catch everything of your chest during that period. I know i'm a hippocrite as i should be doing like, but i'm not sad and hung-up at this.

I hope you be aware of better, and good luck surrounded by your exams.

Is this adjectives because of exams? I don't mean that contained by a horrible way at adjectives, but at lot of people touch the same close by exams. I know it is a bit of a cliche when everyone says they aren't that celebrated but they aren't. I got through the exam same point around my exams. Why am i ALWAYS tired?

For the last 3 or so years i hold been tired majority of the time. I can sleep enormously easily and for exceedingly long amounts of time. I am the kid who is always asleep during class. It doesnt event whether i get 8 hours of sleep or 11, i am customarily still tired during the day. i chomp through really healthy too. this stretch of tiredness have gone from around age 14-17. could the reason be that i am purely maturing/growing? any thoughts?

try drinking LOTS of water... it is better for wake you up and giving you energy than any style of caffinated drink... also take B vitamins... lots of B vitamins... (you cant od on B vitamins explanation they are water soluable... you will pee out any excess)

i used to return with that too for a few years. Never quite worked out what it be. Though even though you are tired try and build in a bit of exercise into your on a daily basis routine, going for a swim or a relaxing walk. It can give a hand get your body into a routine and impart you more energy. Don't over do it on the exercise!
