I too suffer from insomnia on a nightly basis. Pretty fruitless too. The two best ways I have found hand down, are to:
a) Don't try and sleep, try and stay awake
b) Read the Bible
Honestly, both these work for me. And I have tried everything from heat milk, hot bath, no food 6 hours up to that time, drinking a 6 pack before bed, taking NyQuil, taking OTC sleeping pills, taking prescription sleeping pills..message me if you still stipulation more tips!
You can try warm milk (heated on the stove till it's pretty hot but not boiling). Also a hot tub sometimes helps. My own trick, which works every time (though I don't commonly have trouble sleeping) is to be comfortable and within "going to sleep" position and picturing a huge vortex from the top (wide) end of it. I of late go into it and be in motion round and round and down and down...and I'm asleep without ever coming out the other conclude. See if it works for you. Good luck.

i know this seems stupid to most culture, but to me, its one of the most important things to me right immediately.im 160cm tall. (5'3")

Wow you need to help yourself to a chill pill. I could think of closely more serious reasons to cry every darkness. Whle 5' 03"m is a bit on the shorter side its not that uncommon, especially for a feminine. You likely will grow some more but so what if you dont. There are so plentiful people contained by the world suffering from disease and illness and your adjectives upset because your not as tall as you want to be. You know my big problem is that I'm LAZY!
