Our relay for time had a "Movie" issue. So all of the team had name that dealt next to movies. Ours was "Under the Sea" we base it off of the LITTLE MERMAID. We have plastic "bubbles" and paper mache fish baggy from out tent. Maybe think of a movie that have characters in it similar to your friends. Or even cartoon or tv shows.
You could even base it around candy (like skittles) or possibly use a board game similar to Candy Land, or something like that.
