Another effect could be if you changed the brand of bath soap, deodorant, or laundry detergent you are using. Either track, I would definitely see a doctor. Allergies can be hazardous if not found or renowned in time (I almost died from an allergic response to a medication that I had taken freshly the month before next to no problems).
