I know that if you exercise 45 min a year you fall asleep 15 min faster. Your body will want to regroup itself, get hold of more active, cut out caffeine after 5 or 6 and see if that help. Try a new pillow, they're $5 at walmart, your parents will prob spring for it. Or at tiniest trade you. Try that. Maybe a heavier comforter. I bout a Nautica comforter that overall weighted more than my old one. The first hours of darkness I had it be the best night sleep i hold ever had. I contemplate the weight go back to when you be a baby.

I had to step to the doctors and they put a tube down my throat into my stomach to see if I had anything wrong internally. He didn't find nil wrong thankfully. I wouldn't be suprised if it's only just stress. I was other get sick during finals and lose like mad of weight from the dearth of appetite I have during those couple of weeks.
I would yak to your doctor though, I had a friend who be hospitalized for 2 weeks in december 2006 from anixety and stress. She's doing much much better presently but you can tell the expierence definetley shook her and I would loathe for that to ever happen to anyone else.

It habitually takes 2-3 weeks in the past you see results.
