Sleep Aid?

I haven't been sleeping at adjectives well lately so I tried Melatonin. That didn't do much. My DR suggested I filch Benedryl (Tylenol PM/Unisom/Any PM Product) at night and that doesn't lend a hand either. I want some sleep. Can anyone recommend a OTC Sleep Aid?

Chlortrimiton (found in the allergy division of drugstore) can cause sleepiness, even so not leave you groggy, or fear "hung over." It is available in 4 mg, 8 mg, and 12 mg tablets. (You mentioned have tried melatonin - that is available within 1mg and 3 mg tablets. Perhaps you took the 1 mg and need 3mg.) I hold tried both and found them to be effective, minus side effects. (Tylenol PM didn't do a thing...)

All OTC sleep aids contain diphenhydramine HCL which is simply benedryl. I dont recommend taking Tylenol PM if you dont hold any reason to bring a pain reliever. I appropriate 2 benedryls every night and sleep a full 8 hrs and get up up not feeling groggy. There are also tea's you can try, one is call Sleepy time Extra. Good luck...

I had Lasik surgery two days ago, and I've be extremely grouchy since then, and I am wondering if it's a side effect of the eye drops or from coming past its sell-by date of valium (I had 2 1/2 pills).

these ultimate 2 days ive had a touch vibrating sensation surrounded by my chest (left side) and at first i thought it was a moment ago my top rubbing against my chest or something but i dont think it is, i have an ECG this morning and it was mundane. so just curious if any1 else experienced this vibrate kinda feeling?

I'm thinking it's a muscle doing that. I get that sometimes. It's really unexpected. If you touch the area intensely lightly, you can touch the muscle. If you can, just rub it and it will turn away. My Mouth hurts.?

A couple of days ago my right cheek started hurting. today when i looked at it in the mirror it looks as if it is a gentle of bumb, but it moves if i touch it. it is right by my teeth, so it hurtsa if i move it at all. Any concept what it is?
