A while back, I be laying on my stomach and be kinda leaning on my thumb and afterwards it stated twitching and kept on doing it for like three days straight and have been twitching bad and on ever since. Anyone have any thinking of what I did?Answers:

it really hard. try the hose spray. light clothing. maintain in shade. plenty of fluids, first via peg. hat. dont stay out for long period. if its really hot and going somewhere, go indoors.
