Take sometime at a time. I got a current boyfriend and played bingo. Getting a pet is a good view. You're lucky, at this day and age, we hold computers.

I stopped drinking once for about 2 years, not for any actual reason it be just because... I never found myself bored, within fact in that were better things to do on a weekend, I found I get closer to my family and made profoundly of new friends.

what interests did you have since you started drinking? its difficult but you have to hang on to your self busy, try studying something a local college course will do wounders for your confidence and keep you busy and motivated. eventually you will revise to enjoy your own time.

The expiration date mainly medium that the medication is effective up until that date. After that it starts to break down and the ingredients lose their potency. It shouldn't really form him sick. Some pharmacists/pharmacies actually dispatch their expired medications to countries that can't afford prescription medication, and they work basically fine for those people.
Its probably still fine to use, may not work as economically. I asked my friend who is a pharmasist, he said its probably still good though, and should not breed him sick.
