my mental health at the moment wont allow me to accomplish a regular job, i want suggestions on what i can do everyday to be precise somewhat physical and semi-active to condition my body and mind and stop me stagnating. and my health deteriorating.i do 30 minutes on a stationary bike a light of day, but it isnt enough or pointless if i purely sit all light of day not doing anything.
i want to create a routine, or structure that allows you to do it from 8 am to 5 or whatever. or something.

I agree near all the answers just about physical exercise - just a brisk pace outside - even if it's cold and wet. put contained by your earphones, relish your music, talking book - anything. Just get out. Mentally - and I've be unable to work for several years due to mental strength problems - do ANYTHING to keep your intelligence going. I try to work on crosswords puzzles - anything approaching that to keep my brain within gear! I've just started working on a University Degree course. I own been taking it for roughly speaking 3 months now. I didn't own any noticeable side effects when first taking the drug which be a nice surprise considering my track record near other drugs. Depending on your dosage it acts as a mild dart when you take it. Unlike plentiful other drugs that perform a similar function, you will "feel" Avanza working on you when the dart kicks surrounded by. It wont put you to sleep if that's what your wanting but I've found it to be fairly successful surrounded by calming anxiety attacks. I'm not sure what the partially life is for Avanza but I've found that its effects wear sour fairly hastily compared to other drugs.
