How can I overcome the agitation of blood?

I am very afraid of seeing blood since my childhood. I get the impression dizzy when I see even a small amount of blood. I have faint many times after seeing my own blood from totally minor injuries. Not only the verbs, even thinking of blood makes me dizzy. I am consciousness very discomfited while writing these lines!

I used to be extremely alarmed of the movie "The Exorcist" and I was pretty much traumatized by this movie. I be so scared to the point where on earth someone made me cry one time when I was 23 because they be bugging me trying to scare me. (I'm 25 now)

So one time I a moment ago decided to view the movie and just confront my agitation with that movie. And as of immediately, I can honestly say I am not terrified of it.

Is it possible to smoke however not become addicted?

I have be smoking for about 2 weeks, usually 3-6 cigarettes a sunshine on average, although a couple days I've had none and other times (when I'm drinking) conceivably 10-12. The strange thing is, even though I wallow in smoking, I can easily "forget" and jump a day lacking smoking at all. I don't hold any other addictive habits and I don't give the impression of being to get addicted to entity in broad. Is it possible for me to never become addicted to cigaretts?

I agree with you... I deduce there are such think as an addictive and non-addictive personalities. I hold never become addicted to anything. Even though I have experimented beside things like smoking and drinking. I delight in these things and do them occasionally. But I do not have cravings for them. I meditate some people enjoy an addictive personality and can be addicted to anything slickly. (ie drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, food, soda, sex, soda, etc.) Those people own to be careful going on for experimenting and trying things. Hopefully you have a non addictive nature that will makes things much easier for you.

I tihnk addiction is predetermined by our genes. I am the same track about smoking. I can smoke every sunshine and then a short time ago stop for months. The reason I do that is because i dont want to attain to the point where i be aware of it is necessary to buy pack all the time. The thing beside addiction is that it sneaks up on you. I am definitely not an addictive person either. I started smoking pretty much impossible to tell apart way you describe. It be not something I "needed" it was something I found amusing. What you fail to realize is that the intuition of finding it enjoyable *is* the beginnings of addiction. In certainty, stating that you already know that you are not going to stop is a good sign that you are already hooked and don't even realize it.

As I said, I am particularly not an addictive personality. However, quitting smoking be one of the hardest things I have ever done. It made me thoroughly aware that addiction is a very unadulterated thing.

Has anyone tried nexium or equivant medication near alcohol to drop hangover or excess of alcohol?

I work in a cardiology bureau as a RN, and one of the nexium pharmaceutical reps told me that nexium, or equivants such as protonix, prilosec or prilosec OTC, or aciphex (proton pump inhibitor based drugs used for heart burn or sharp reflux disease, can decrease hangover in the am, when taken the darkness before and within the am when waking up. I discovered that nexium or eqivalent works even to stop the negative side effects of alcohol next to one drink too many. Has anyone ever noted this past and if so, how does it work? Would love to hear from people if this have worked for them and better if they know why. Prilosec OTC worked for me in days gone by as well, and lacking prescription.

What's my problem?

Today, I've drank 2 cans of sodas. I drink and drink and drink. I also put away almost every hour. I've been thought tired and kind of depressed for no function at all.

Stop drinking soda. It not helping you one bit. Caffeine, plus sugar is going to put your body through a roller coaster ride.

You stated that you are eating every hour. What are you intake. If its unhealthy types of food, later it could definately be contributing to sluggishness. Fatty foods run people down. Consider switching to more fruits and vegetables, and try to cut down on fat, and red meats if you put away that too much.

Once you stop drinking the soda, your body might start feeling more tired, so I don`t know try decreasing the soda slowly.

Finally, get the body moving. Exercise regularly at lowest 3 times a week if your body can handle it. Make sure you start slowly if you are frail.

Also, drink water, lots of it, at lowest 8 glasses and more when you sweat. Water might be of most benefit and its effortless to do so i would try that first.

Have you only just quit smoking? Or maybe your body is only just reacting to the depression and that's why you're other eating and drinking like mad.
