All heartiness drinks effect your heart rate, and you could be feeling that. Especially if you are not expelling terribly much enegry right now. I would reccomend that you loaf a few hours while the energy drink's caffine and sugars achieve out of your system (drink lots of water) and if you are still feeling sick/weird, name your doctor and ask if you need to progress in for a check up.
I once took that pill for a disease i have. I had a monster next to it and I'm great so I think you will be okay.
I don't know if it have anything to do with the antibiotic, although I don't see why it would effect it.
But drinking 2 red bulls will probably sort your heart feel unnatural anyways, because that's a lot of caffeine to pinch in surrounded by a small amount of time. Your heart may be racing or it may hurt, but my guess would be that it will endorse, it may hurt for a while but just consent to your body process the caffeine and you should be okay. And in the adjectives you may want to consider smaller doses of caffeine.

He would set a stereo, VCR, anything that have a metal case across the bench from me and ask me if it be plugged in or not. We even go as far as to blindfold and plug my ears. All I had to do be touch the outside case and if it be plugged in I would grain this sensation of movement in the metal. Almost resembling my hand be being pushed away from the metal as I would touch it. At one point we even attached a ground flex to my wrist that went to the grounded side of the outlet. Since I am over 40 in a minute and the TVs are made different I no longer hear the tone I used to. I can still feel current contained by an appliance with a metal valise.
