What are some worthy courteous ways for me?
Here is the story: I have this sore throat which turned into this coughing problem which turned into a stuffy proboscis which drives me nuts cuz I can't breathe.. So... what are some cures to make this shift away for good? Or at smallest make this step away for tonight? I have be taking medicine and some cough drops.. I didn't see the doctor though.. I didn't focus it was that serious... I thought it could be the flu or a cold. I CAN'T FALL ASLEEP AT NIGHT/OR I EITHER WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! What are some cures?? I hear that tea and hot chocolate helps.. Does it? Help me please! By the road I am only 12.Answers:
You will be very well by your trip so relax as much as you can for now. Stack a few pillows up astern you to help you breath thru the darkness. Definately drink hot tea and soup and orange liquid. Colds/allergies are no fun. Hope you feel better soon.

Try a nasal spray, prop yourself up on some pillows. A teaspoon of honey will coat your throat, but gargle next to a medicated mouth wash first (Like listerine or something) Stay away from milk and dairy products.
all right if you want your cold to go away really in a hurry you should probably go to the doctor & find a prescription but if not you could try gargle salt hose for your throat & nyquil (at night) & robitussin (during the day) for your cough & stuffy nose. when i hold a sore throat i try to drink A LOT of COLD liquids because it other helped soothe the anguish. foods like yogurt & popsicles oblige. you could try using a vaporizor. it really helps you breath. cough drops & throat lossengers relief also.
NyQuil always works for me - I only checked the bottle, and at 12 years old you can embezzle an adult dose.
Herbal tea and hot chocolate are honest, but never did much for me in jargon of cold symptoms. If my throat really hurt, I used cough drops and ate ice cream as much as possible :P

I'm doing a story for my creative writing class, and my main personality is a girl whose dad doesn't want to stop drinking alcohol. I was in recent times wondering what would be a good apology for his refusal. I was also wondering how the girl would convince her dad to jump and get himself treated. Any concept?Answers:
There can be many factor why a person would not want to stop drinking alcohol. It's probably because the character finds comfort in alcohol and would not want to afford up that feeling. For your story, perchance you could make it nouns as if the dad has an underlying surreptitious that he can't forget. Something that bothers him, haunts him. He's using alcohol as a manner of forgetting that.
As for the girl convincing her dad, maybe she'd try to do alcohol intervention to seize her dad to agree to going to the treatment. She's going to appeal to her dad's good side, trademark him remember the man he used to be-- the man he still could be. She's going to show him that he can get through enthusiasm even without alcohol, because letting alcohol run his time isn't a solution to his problems.
I think the most in full view reasons for refusal is denial, shame, and unwillingness to revision. You could start the story by showing the father's resistance to positive change, and later throw in a traumatic experience/catharsis that forces him into rehab. Can the g-force on a rollarcoster motive blackouts on a average party?
I recently rode the "face-off" ride at Kings Island within Cincinnati and during the ride, I litterally blacked out at one point in the ride shortly after it swtiched from moving me backwards to forwards. Shortly after that I woke up, formerly the ride had finnished. This have never happend to me before, but i enjoy felt similar to blacking out before on a couple rides contained by my lifetime. The rest of the day i be fine though and was competent to go on rollarcoasters. Face-off started me rotten moving backwards and runs you down a track that involves moving upside down and changing directions sharply while moving at elevated speeds. Does anyone know if this blackout problem is commonly experienced by normal nation due to the g-force pressure or could something be wrong with me?Answers:

My son might shift into relapse when he go out of alcohol rehab. What can I do to ensure this won't begin?
My son is weak of will. I'm afraid that when he go out of rehab, he's going to start drinking again. He's really smart and talented, and have a life ahead of him, and I don't want him to ruin his adjectives just by drinking. He promised me he's going to devolution, but when he goes out of rehab, the temptations will surely carry back into his vivacity. I can't be with him 24/7, but I want so much to protect him. First you enjoy to accept that you can't ensure anything as long as your son is over the age of 10. It's a declaration that he has to get. It has to be something that he desires for himself and not for you. I lived with an achololic for eight years up to that time we separated because he couldn't decided that his family unit was more historic than the alchol. You need to progress to meetings for family of alcoholics as much as he needs to shift to AA. Your constantly telling him to stir to AA or any other things to keep sober will lone make him deem that you're nagging him. The other issue is that alcoholism isn't a matter of a delicate will it's a disease and if you don't treat it as such you'll oly be setting both of you up for failure. You can't control anyone but YOU. I know that you don't want your son to throw away his vivacity as you see it, but that's not a choice you can make for him. The most that you can do is to relay him that you love him and that you'll support his quest for soberity and than let him contract with it himself. Before he comes home obtain a list of AA meeting for everyday of the week and at different times of the day so that he have a lot of option and than it's up to him. I'll say a pray for him. But remember you requirement to get oblige for yourself also, so that you can learn to live near an alcholic.

Ears don't breathe. The other item it could be is the motion of respiration in your sinuses and they are connected to your ears through the Eustachian tube. That's why you can pop your ears when you blow your trunk too hard etc. Other than that, are you taking medication? Some cause auditory hallucination. that happen to me a lot...first, try drinking just about 6-8 oz. of water (slowly) and sit/lie down for almost 30-45 minutes. you could be dehydrated. if that doesn't work, try sitting down and putting your boss between your knees. If that doesn't help, you may in recent times be tired.and should sleep. in broad, don't move around a lot or strain your eyes too much or it might capture worse.
