How do I stop my bf snoring??
my bf's snoring has get worse and i can not sleep, we have tried sprays and other stuff that you can buy, but i really necessitate help in a minute as we go on holiday thursday for 2 weeks??Answers:
He can try allergy pills and breathright strips. This help a bit but, why I wanted to answer this sound out is I have discovered a instrument to sleep in the presence of those who snore.
I spent later summer hiking the Appalachian Trail and at night I chose to sleep surrounded by the shelters, which had allot of guys snoring. This be terrible until I discovered ear plugs. I know most those dont like ear plugs, but at hand is a way around this.
There are these plugs made by Howard Leight I regard the name is Sleepease or something, they are pink and pallid, very soft to the touch. They are narrowed at one end and compress down to nil.
The trick to them being comfortable is to trim them down. You can cut up the side to use up the diameter and cut off the completion so they dont stick out of your ears to far. Cut untill ther are comfortable.
I did this out of necessity, I cut them to conform to my ears. They with the sole purpose make ear plugs within one size and for a woman they are just too big, Im in good health over 6 ft and they were to big for me. I cut them down and nought bothered me from that point on.
My little sister was have a problem at her condo and I told her about doing this, she said that ear plugs be uncomfortable and she didnt contemplate that it would help, she finally cut some of the really soft plugs until she thought they be comfortable and hasnt had any problems since.

I know this one!, near is these thingys the TV advertises, and you put it on your echo and it plus up on both sides and makes it so the echo from the nose go away because of it giving the person nouns and room to breathe, OH wait immediately i remember it's called " Breathe Right"..it works, my dad get it and he dosent snore ever..so you should try them..

They can prescribe a CPAP machine for him which could solve your snoring problems!

first is he getting satisfactory sleep (and not stressed sleep in which the being doesnt really get ample sleep, tossing and turning)? if he is and he still snores very loudly, he wishes to see a doc for his medical condition.
I personally feel that the best solution is to stop sleeping with him. Even better would be for the two of you not to live together. Ive hear that many marraiges of ancestors who cohabitated end up surrounded by divorce so not only would that abet with the snoring but hopefully and more importantly might relief you from getting hurt later on. You can't. He can. Kick him out of sleep everytime he sleeps. Either he will not sleep near you or try to find a way to stop snoring. I don't see any other possible route for you to stop him snoring!!lol.

No legs would be my preference. I use my hand for sooooo many things, and my arms. I could use them to be a foil for on crutches or push a wheelchair if I had no legs.
