Feeding the ducks within the park near my house. A call on to the pond there is usually the closest I acquire to spending time in disposition & it's quite harmonious and restorative. The ducks are pretty comical, too, and I can always use a chuckle.

Seriously now one of my friends record me with some equipment that he have and it works fine but for some reason on me it say that when i'm not bothering in benevolent about it most of the time i'm not breathing. I hold on to wake up contained by the middle of the darkness, usually around 1-2, afterwards 3-4. Any tips on how to stop doing this?

This happens every dark and I don't know what to do. There isn't any noise thats distracting me, such as snoring or a baby's cry. I've tried almost everything but sleeping pills, which I don't want to own to resort to. Hmmm i use to hold this problem too and sometimes i still do. Sometimes its as simple as i jus need to find up and go to the bathroom, i know i dont enjoy to go but usually after i do that i fall over back to sleep efficient. Usually before i travel to bed i make sure im well-mannered to go that everything is contained by order. Sometimes it also depends on what time you jump to sleep and if you take any nap during the day. I notice that it was stirring to me. Found out that I can't drink anything caffeinated after like, 5pm. That never happen to me when I was younger. So you may want to try the following...

-Track on a calendar when it's going on. Is for 3-4 days in a row one and the same time every month? Could be "cycle" related. As you get elder, your hormones start shifting around and changing adjectives kinds of stuff!

-No more caffeine (pop, coffee, chocolate) after 5pm

I one and only smoke when I drink. I own no desire to smoke any other time. How do I quit smoking?

The obvious answer would be to quit drinking. I'm childish and I'm Irish, so fat fortune of that happening. Can any of you tender some good proposal on this? You're right...don't drink would be the unashamed answer. Is there a smoking restriction in your nouns or is smoking allowed at all pubs/bars, etc.? I come up with smoking bans sustain people close to you (and I wish it would hold come sooner to help relations like me, miserably, I've slipped back to a nearly full time smoker). What you can do (and I've done this before) is when I've gone out, not bring my own smokes, but a bit bum them off of others. That's a sure fire road to piss people stale so they won't give them to you.

I have one and the same problem except mine's not when I drink (even tho it is a problem with me. It's in actual fact when I'm under a great deal of pressure or lots of stress about a situation or my bills.

I'm not sure that any suggestion from me would be good. I only just know what works for me is to try my best to eliminate the stress so I'm not tempt. But it's hard. I've tried sitting downwind of ciggy smoke so I can go and get the smell but not actually own the cig in mitt. That helps more than you know but it's still not a dutiful solution.

The best I can offer you is determination. Keep your nourishing goals contained by mind for yourself and do whatever it take to work this problem out. I can drink now at home and it's not so bleak because I don't want to smoke. Now, when I actually shift to a bar, I smoke similar to a train. So, I don't go to bar as much anymore. I've found other things to keep my mind settled so I don't miss going to a bar at adjectives now.
