I am 14. If I wanna loose a little freight, how much fat and calories am I allowed per sunshine? And do I have to look more at the tubby or the calories? Please help!Answers:

imagine you are a short time ago falling asleep.. your brain is just disconecting and your unconsious is a moment ago "wakeing up" you are aware of what is happening arround you but also your unconsious is making his cog makeing you see... hear.. or feel point that aren't there... piece thar are a kind of memory of your appointments of the day.
other motivation is that you are already sleeping.. and for any cause you are suddenly waken.. I don`t know a noise... or possibly something inside your brain... maybe your concious have just concluded his regeneration time but your unconcious hasn't terminated doing his job.. so.. you are awaken but you can't move... nor chat... you are just here.. laying.. seeing and listen everything around you (a thrilling thought no?)... and that's the cause... the conections surrounded by your brain hasn't being restored contained by so little time... so your 5 senses are working but it seems that your will isn't..
a method to make this a short time less annoying is thinking swift... while you are lying there.. reason anyting but fast... Why don't you google it and see symptoms of nigraine headache... I used to have them and I have little flashes of light only just before the dull pain started.

hey everyone. Yes the days are few where you live on 5 hours & smaller quantity of sleep. You studying & teaching (preschoolers) & still hold a social life. I own come to the point of walking everyday into the school from the coup¨¦ park with a red bull surrounded by my hand or an abandon can in my motor. During exams when studying I can live on having give or take a few 6 in a few hours to stay awake & study.I know this is unpromising,but how bad can discouraging be??

Technically you can become addicted to something after 3 consistant days of use, however that has more to do beside want than need.
