I tend to get contained by bad moods relatively a bit, I don't know why, I'm not under stress or anything, its basically that petty little things tend to get to me and I'm too stuborn to capture out of bad moods, and wont tolerate anyone try and cheer me up. The best thing to do is determine what you are getting out of remaining contained by a bad mood. No one does anything routinely that they don't go and get something out of. Without knowing what's going on, it's a short time difficult to suggest what you could eat. So, I can relate you what I can stomach when I'm sick. Of course there's always the soup and broth item, but I figure if you're sick of crackers, you've tried that. Sometimes I can devour ice cream or yogurt. Other times it's jello, or toast beside a little conserve. Sometimes Mylanta or the like, that coats my stomach, help me keep things down.
All this one said, if you are really that sick, please tell a doctor why. If you own to, go to a doctor you've never be to before. They hold to keep what you communicate them to themselves unless you are a danger to yourself. They can't force you to do anything. Vomiting repeatedly can cause lots of medical problems, some can be enormously dangerous, not to mention how feebly your body needs nutrition, and your immune system will suffer too.
I've hear that boiled white rice is very long-suffering, even a couple teaspoons, in that it's assured on the stomach and at the same time will hold your attention toxic stuff in in that.

I'm 15 and coffee or diet sunkist (anything next to caffiene) always works for me! And I hear that working out daily, ingestion healthy, and taking a multi vitamin day after day is supposed to help.
Also I hear about something call Coffea. It is a remedy made from the coffee bean. But I am not sure what it does or anything else about it.
