I own desperate gas no event what, and im lactose entolerent. any philosophy raison d`¨ētre i other own to fart and it smells?

im wondering if thers something i can eat to lift it away its not gas that makes my stomach hurts or anything. but i fart alot and i cant aid it. so is there anything i can chomp through or stop eating.

I think it's because we don't purloin the time to prepare and eat meal at home as much as we used too. People are so busy these days it's easier to guzzle out or grab cast-offs food and sodas. Another thought is that we do less physical work. We sit at computers for instance instead of keeping busy near something else. We watch like mad of TV. In the days before TV, society must have kept busy doing things and moving around. We also enjoy more convenience with the modern dishwashers, clothes washer and dryers. Women especially have to do these things with more try, therefore burning more calories. Men have to do physical labor as well. They have to mow lawn minus the modern riding mowers. They shoveled snow instead of snow blowers. The list go on, but you get the significance.
