Diet and exercise are the only course to loose weight, and tone muscles.
There are no exercises that specifically curtail fat surrounded by certain areas. No such piece exists.
To tone the muscles, perform low impact, exercises that focus on the areas. Basically oodles reptitions, very little freight. Aerobic activities resembling walking / running / aerobic kick boxing, etc will abet tone those muscles.
Regarding diet: leaner cuts of meat, like chicken and fish vs beef.

I am the same elevation and if I weighed what you do I would be SOOOO jolly! You are actually slightly underweight for our echelon. However if your wanting to tone your but do some squats daily. Just put your foot shoulders width apart and squat down, do 3 reps of 15 each day. Also do crunches for your abs, alternate between regular crunches and rotating when your crunching up to the left after down, then up and to the right. Same entry... 3 reps of 15 daily if you can do that tons. However, I think your fine and dont call for to worry something like body fat! I work out 5 days a week, I run on my treadmill and lost 23 pounds, and my breasts didnt draw from smaller so I wouldnt worry more or less that!
Right I relish a drink and the second 2 or 3 times I've have a few two abundant besides the hangover i'm getting a

Well, since you're drinking beer, my first thought would be that you may enjoy Celiac disease--which is charcterized by a sensitivity to gluten. If you do have Celiac disease, foods close to bread (and especially beer!) can cause you to quality bloating, discomfort and pain surrounded by your stomach. Do you get this sensation with any other foods, or any other types of alcohol? I know you said you didn't want to jump to the doc, but this type of feeling after drinking beer is a sign of this disease. The doctor will cart a blood test to determine whether you're artificial or not, very simple. Something to assume about anyway--hope this help and good luck!

Sorry my answer would be don't drink. You are young but may be adjectives to alchohol. The fatigue suggests you could also be diabetic. Give up the drinking and see if you improve.
