you can suffer from overexhaustion... your body has a crude protective mechanism that will shut itself down automatically ( thus endorsement out) like when drinking or insufficiency of sleep. Long term can sort you feel overly tired adjectives the time... you will pass out past anything. as for long term effects it can own an effect on your heart... ask a sleep apnea specialist if ya dont believe me... If your heart gets undermined... and ya only own one heart then guess what it can slaughter you.

Okay, well I verbs out my eyelashes, but not for the reason most nation do. Most people I've read nearly do it because or irritation or stress-relief. I just do it as a desperate habit, close to how other people bite their fingernails. I haven't have eyelashes on my upper eyelids for about six months because as soon as the procure long enough to verbs them out, I do. Sometimes I just do it lacking even noticing. The reason you're pulling your eyelashes out is probably due to a hormone inequality, which is what is thought to cause trich. I used to not chew over I pulled because of stress, but it turns out stress was a big factor. When my mom found out, she started yell at me, so I went into my room and in need even thinking about it I started to verbs some of my eyelashes out. So if you can, try and reduce stress as much as possible. Don't loaf until the last minute to study for that examination, try not to worry in the region of boys, and try to stay out of drama with friends. If you achieve the urge to pull, try not to because once you verbs one you want to pull another, and another, and another.Try to distract yourself next to something else too.
I know that these suggestions won't solve your problem comepletely, because it's just something you eventually grow out of (although I know greatly of people who pulled form the time they be teenages until they're 40's). It was wierd. I a moment ago woke up one day and I didn't verbs out my eyelashes out. I'm so glad I have them backbone though. They look amazing now, and I couldn't be happier. I know you can do it though! Just believe surrounded by yourself and use your willpower!! I know if I could, then you can too!

From my experience nation usually do it because of anxiety. I know you said you don’t do it as stress relief but fruitless habits approaching biting your finger nails is an anti-anxiety. I’m not maxim your going to be fearing anything at that moment, it in recent times happens minus thought. Its also a form of OCD mixed with self-injurious behavior. Their usually is some underline emotional distress or anxiety. It can be anything from relationship problems, family issues, self-esteem, etc.
Effective treatments that hold worked (treatment sounds like a fearsome word but keep your mind open)...try lug something, a small object similar to a mascara wand or a rock (make sure its clean) because it tends to be cool and anytime you discern the urge to pull out your eyelashes run the object and run it over your obverse and eyes. You can also try relaxation techniques, when you perceive like your almost to pull your eyelashes , try the relaxation exercises. I know that sometimes you verbs your eyelashes and don’t realize what you did after...its like anyone in your zone.
