I appreciate that he's off sick - and probably taking a dose of his own drug as he'll be damned if he'll take anything complementary that might comfort him. stop trying to sleep and freshly do it. try to get within a good routine. nyquil everyday isnt really upright for you, switch to dramamine. you can get a point of 100 generic motion sickness pills at walmart for $5 next to the tylenol and stuff. 4-8 of those will knock ya out.
try "Unisom" at walgreens and get up up early the subsequent day no event what so u can fall asleep faster.
