I am sleepy adjectives the time lately. Why?

For the past couple of weeks I own been getting tired too without delay. I am up for 5 hours and get sleepy again. I lay down to run a nap and sleep another 8 hours! Then get hold of up again just to draw from tired 5 hours or so later. On average I hold been sleeping 16 hours a hours of daylight. I can't function like this.

I otherwise perceive very fit. I try to exercise more and drinking more water. It doesn't support. I tried red ginsing too.

Ok first thing to check and who am I to voice if you are drinking any kind of diet soft drinks. or anything near aspartame or Splenda or other artificial sweetener. But if you are, Honey that will definitely create you tired! Plus it will ruin your health and spawn u depressed.
If you can rule that out, then you should catch checked for anemia or low red blood cell count. For this they would prescribe iron supplement. Maybe you are under profoundly of stress or if you are depressed about something, that will engineer you tired. Lymes disease will make you tired..if you also own joint twinge u should get checked for Lymes disease because mutual pain is a symptom of that. About 2 months ago I be feeling approaching this and my mom took me to the doc. It was anemia and I am taking iron supplements and I perceive much better. It won't kill ya to purely get a checkup so they can see whats really going on! It's probably something that can be fixed really simply!

Migraines at the weekend?

Does anyone else suffer from migraines at the end of the week/weekend? I procure lots of migraines on Saturdays, which really annoys me, as I work all week and after have the weekend ruined by a bleak headache. I think it's tiredness that triggers them. Does anyone else suffer from this, and if so, what's your trigger? How do you minimise the risk of getting one?

I can other predict when I shall get a migraine and it is usually after a long time of heavy stressful work. After a week of coping, I can guarantee the subsequent morning as the stress has diminished I will rouse up with a blinding headache.
I own started taking a hot bath on the Friday hours of darkness after work. I take a book, the radio and soak and relax. (Radox...mmm) I find it help me de-stress. I try not to have any tea or coffee, but I try to stay hydrated as, for me, I regard as dehydration as well as tiredness can be a trigger.
I also keep hold of some paracetamol handy as if I am lucky and can catch them untimely sometimes the migraines will be nipped within the bud. (I am suffering from the end of a migraine very soon as I type this as I have only just finished a very stressful contract!) It doesn't other work, but I have found that if I try to get hold of myself as relaxed as I can it does minimise my attacks, but we migraine sufferers all suffer from different stimuli and it can be rock-hard to provide a definitive remedy.
tiredness and genrally doing to much my doctor told me ages ago to relax more(yeah right with 4 kids and a husband lol) but i have more baths drank less tea and coffee and eventully they died down
Hi my sister get her degree next suffered bad beside them after the work was finished. Its stress the doc said adjectives coming out as you relax. Try a beta blocker if its very impossible. See the GP.
Do you drink lots of caffine at work,migraines can be caused when you stop putting caffine into your system. it's resembling a withdrawal symptom.
I procure them to and what has help me is 1) sticking to my work week sleep schedule (no staying up delayed or sleeping in) and 2) If you drink coffee or other caffine at work then be paid sure you have some at home.

It's trigged by stress (just thinking roughly speaking maybe have a migraine in the weekend can be enough), smell (perfume), some sympathetic of alcohol (red wine), food (too little) and also tiredness.
Make sure your shoulders are where they are supposed to be, and not beneath your ears. Breathe and make sure your d¨¦colletage is not stiff. Take a hot bath. Relax. I other take one chief ace pill when I feel a strong go before ace is coming. It makes the discomfort go away.
I sometimes seize migranes too, having lots on your mind and stressing roughly things doesn't help. Have some 'you' time, a relaxing tub or a walk, don't regard as about ANYTHING. clear your boss and see the difference. Hope i've helped
I really sympathise beside you on this - migraines are the bane of my duration, and are making my work-life difficult. 2 comments really:

1) I had a nice long break from migraines after a trip to the chiropractor. He notice the bones in my director were not stratum, and after the adjustment (yes, the bones in your chief do move) my migraines went away for in the order of 4 months! Subsequently they've started to come back, so I'm planning another drop by to the chiro.

2) A friend used to get migraines at any excited event, including good events, such as holidays and weekends. She put it down to individual tense and so desperate for the weekend, that when it arrived and the stiffness left, she feel emotionally drained and that brought on the migraine. She found (some) relief by relaxing more, letting jump of her anticipation of the weekend and just accepting it when it arrived. A lot of woolly / wild phrases in in attendance!

i used to and it be brought on by being stressed adjectives week, when i could relax at the weekends i would suffer from migraines. try relaxing a bit more during the week, or see your g.p for medication.
I work 6 days a week so it`s only on a Sunday that i win them if i sleep in. I put it down to a regulation in my sleeping shape.

Why is it difficult to return with up from sitting within a bench if you hold your legs crossed?

Well walking wasn't unproblematic when you were a child, but you manage! It's all more or less practice. The more you practice standing up with one leg crossed, the easier it will become. You're body will develop muscle memory and eventually you'll own it down.

You're looking at it all wrong. Oily skin is truly a blessing in disguise. You will look younger as you age and hold less wrinkles. Be glad you don't enjoy dry skin problems.
