im going to a interview, now i dont do drugs, but i be with my cousin and he smokes mj and i be in the coupé while he was smoking and only out of curiosity i took a hit, now will the drug still be running contained by my system since March 17?

I'm especially restless when I am trying to sleep, what should I do?

Everytime when I fall down the bed I other move around a lot, or judge about lots of things. Sometimes I hold to "force" myself to keep still but that usually doesn't work. Even when I finally leak asleep I make profusely of dreams. It's not a good entity as I often get up up feeling not sleeping plenty. Any suggestion to relax when I go to bed?

i intuitively have equal problem with falling asleep. the problem near me is i have anxiety, so my mind is constantly thinking around things and doesnt shut off for me to sleep.

also, try doing something that make you tired. or keep a publication of things that you are thinking about. try making your bedroom a quiet place (get rid of clutter, make sure nearby are not lots of books or any work related stuff in your room, product your room a place for sleep).
try playing peaceful music approaching ocean sounds. i avoid things resembling classical music because i believe it increases brain activity when i am trying to nose-dive alseep.

talk to your dr. though. with the sole purpose your dr. can diagnose you and help you find the best ways to go down and stay asleep at night.

OMG yes. I own been a stay at home mom for 2 years and own a kid in the disastrous two's. D-Eat something that includes TURKEY it has triptophane within it that aides in sleeping.
E-Get a book to read when within bed that is BORING
F-If you hold someone there beside you ask for a MASSAGE

G- Make sure your bed is very verbs and your bedroom put clean sheets and pillowcases on your bed and pillows. This will relax you right away.
