Drinking a lot of wet helps.
Don't keep hold of sweets and unhealthy snacks contained by the house.
Keep carrots and celery and low calorie snack foods cut up
and set to use.
Get a diet buddy that you can talk to.that will hold on to you

I need to do a 10 page research rag for my English Composition class, and I chose to do Teens and Substance Abuse, but that seems waaay too nonspecific.
