Can i really be addicted to coffee??
Well i found out when i woke up late on monday morning and i have a lecture within like 10 mins and have 2 get 2 uni speedily so ididnt drink my morning coffee .when i got to the address i got a splitting lead ache and i basically thought i was catching a cold but the headache remained untill after uni lecure i go 2 work and had a coffee near friends half an hour after i drank the cup of coffee the eye splitting headache dissapeared.
I believe its because i didnt drink coffee i tried same thing subsequent day (not drinking coffee) igot like head sting until i drank coffee.
Do u think iam addicted 2 coffee ?if so what can i do to stop drinking coffee and not take bad headache.Icant miss any lecture this week or work?The team leader ache is dire,icant concentrate in discourse or work...

Hi..I would like to know if anyone have any info about this procedure that they can share. I am looking for material answers please as I am beyond the "you should have thought around it b4 you got it done" we adjectives make mistakes. I am and African American next to dark skin and needed to know if I am a good canditate for tattoo removal by laser. The ink is Black and be done professionally. the area is more or less 2.5 * 2.5 inches and it is more of an outline.it doesn't have too much shading. You might want to think this one over. The procedure is prickly at best and can take several appointments to totally finish. Not mention the discoloration that it leaves on your skin can be more unsightly than the tat. If this tattoo is something you can live with i would counsel against it.

with any addiction, you can aim help from a counsler. but if you suggest you can do it yourself, just consent to friends know so you can get support from them and when you ar impression the craving to eat ( i totally know what you are going through!) hold something around you that will distract you from the thought. I am like you. I own an addiction to food. I am obese, and I know it.

I have an addiction. My addiction is to adjectives myself. I also struggle with over drinking. In my case adjectives allows me to express the pain that I grain and over eating contained by some way make me feel past the worst. One of the best ways to deal beside an addiction is to identify what it does for you, then you inevitability to find things that do the same point as your addictions, and use that to replace the addiction.

Are nearby other things you can do for comfort? to de-stress? Maybe taking a hot bath. Or probably instead of eating sort yourself a cup of tea or something. Or perhaps even taking small breaks through out the light of day if it's at all possible. Just whip five minutes for yourself to just gentle down and get rid of the stress.

Right immediately I've been so focused on working on the addiction to self injury that the over intake has gotten rather out of hand. Breaking an addiction is tricky work. It's most likely an insulin spike. Have you monitored your blood sugar during the times until that time and after meals? It might be advantageous to know what's going on.

You may be diabetic, hypoglycemic, or have insulin resistance (very adjectives nowadays).

Try eating smaller, more frequent meal, and make sure you enjoy as much protein and fat as you do carbs.
