It would depend on various factors such is this average for you? what age are you? does hypertension run in your ancestral? do you have any other conditions such as diabetes which could effect the kidneys which could result within high b.p. Weight is also a factor, as is smoking, resembling you mentioned, although this usually only have a ccumalative effect as the years go by due to narrowing of the arteries. Cutting out stimulants such as coffee and ciggerettes help immediatley.

ok im 16 and 8 months and i really only started puberty when i be 15 or 15.5 and i went to the doctors and he said i be around 5'8 and 2 years before when i be there i be about 5'5. i be wondering if i am going to have a growth spurt soon since i never really have one?Answers:
Nobody can answer this for you definitively - each being is different. What I can tell you is that abundantly of people aren't done growing at 16 or 17 years prehistoric. My cousin was 5'7" when he graduate high college... he was miserable nearly it. Within 2 years after high college he was 6' Go integer.
Just don't get despondent give or take a few it at this point - you have plenty of time!!
You could enjoy one, but there is no route one can predict when it will happen or how much you will grow etc. It's a business of genes and nature.
Also, if you are a guy, various men have growth spurts up to the age of 20 or even farther on into time. There is no real recounting of when or how much you will grow, but no matter what happen remember to be happy next to what god gave you :)

I enjoy five children and with my first two i developed my first hernia after by the last one i have to ingunial groin hernias one on my left one on my right.hernias after a while start to pop and burn similar to when you use the bathroom or lift anything.umbilical hernias are more adjectives in woman,but they can catch ingunial hernias they are just more commom surrounded by men.so i just have double hernia surgery so yes to you Q&A. It has never come about to me personally but it have to my sister and she said there be no risks or anything but she was newly in alot of twinge. Everything was fine for her.
I also developed a hernia (abdominal) during pregnancy- have it repaired 2 years later, NO BIGGIE! Mine did not bother me too much, after birth- seem to "almost" go away. If yours is really tight, by all funds get it repaired in a minute, but don't expect them to give much contained by the way of agony relief after surgery- it's really a simple procedure- but while you are pregnant, I'm sure it is a bit more complicated, best of luck doesn`t matter what you decide!

you can gargle next to warm hose down, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of baking soda to 1 cup of thaw water (not too hot). do it resembling 2 to 3 times a day and you'll see the difference. Or if you can't gargle the together cup do half. Also for body sore I took Ibuprofen and it helped. But seriously the gargle entry worked for me. Also I tried with listerine and it sort of worked but try to catch the kind that doesn't burn your throat. Hope this information help.
We discovered something called Fisherman's Friend this flu season. They are tablets and really don't soft spot wonderful but it takes the headache away and seems to shorten afterwards length of time you feel impossible!
Tylenol always worked for my sore throat. Have you tried the spray they clear to numb your throat? Along with OTC meds, appropriate some extra vitamin C. I recommend the 1000mg tablets. Take care!

Swallowing gum is not a big deal. It only gets digested near everything else and comes out the other end.
If it be I would be dead am 42 and other have swallowed gum...and no it doesn't stick anywhere....it comes out near #2....I tell my kids to spit it out because its resembling eating after they say they aren't hungry !

I don't think it's that impossible. It's probably not great for your body since it takes a long time to digest. I've hear it takes 7 years to digest but I honestly don't deduce thats true. I do think it take a few days to digest as opposed to other foods that can be digested contained by an hour or less.
gum have a lot of stuff within it which is bad for our bodies and most of the time if we swallow gum much of it doesn't travel all the channel through the digestive system. If we swallow enough of it, we can capture clauged up, as you can imagine. But children come across to swallow it all the time, so don't attain paranoid!
there be a story of a chick who swallowed so much gum that she got a gum orb stuck in her stomach and it have to be surgically removed (true story). I doubt that happens incredibly often, and proably just with a crap nouns of gum.

My guess is that if you appropriate small sips of coffee, say every 10 minutes, your body will own time to eliminate the caffiene. It's equal concept as alcohol. If you drink alittle at a time, the effects will be less because your body will own time to clear away the toxins.
