Depends on the insurance company and whether you already have a doctor that you resembling. If you do, you should go beside the PPO so you can keep that doctor. If not, HMOs tend to be cheaper and enjoy lower or no deductibles.

I seem to be to crush my arms and trademark them numb while I sleep. Is this impossible?

if they're close to horribly painful approaching you cant stand up or hardly breathe its not worthy because i have the SAME EXACT problem. when i catch nervous or upset its grisly. go to the doctor and share him about the distress and where it hurts and ask him if he can instruct you an ultrasound and a ct (cat scan) to see whats going on. they did that for me and they found a bleeding cyst so they gave me some tablets to shrink it and its all flawless now!! so i hope everything go ok!!

You might be capable of control your stress with Yoga. I suggested this for my Daughter-in-law and she is loving yoga immediately.
If you haven't already, I think you should agree to you doctor because what you might be passing sour as a stomache-ache could be stressed-induced ulcers, especially if you right to be heard that you get the stomache-aches when you're upset.

Well I own stomach promblems like yours, and powerfully it's probably a combo of your digestive system and nerves.You might have Aci Reflux. If you don't know what explicitly see the link I'm showing.
You should walk see you doctor and he'll give you close to a pill to help it. Just drink marine or try to eat something whenever it happen. I call my friends or listen to music to gentle me down when things like that develop.
