don't listen to that first guy! no i dosen't necessarily show he's paralyzed. same thing happen to me. i broke my back surrounded by gymnastics when i was 18. i couldn't waddle or feel my lower extremities for what i thought be a long time and i started to freak out. but the doc said that anytime you have surgery, your nerves are gonna be outta whack for a while (not the exact permanent status he used) and it may take a while to carry the feeling hindmost. i had to do phys. psychotherapy and stuff, but i was suitable to go after that. try to relax. likelihood are, he's NOT paralyzed.

Did the doctor tell you to stop the prednisone? Why would you stop it after 8 days, purely to restart it?
Prednisone is a drug with abundantly of side effects. It can cause anything from immensity gain to making you feel close to you're insane.
Tell your doctor and let him work it out near you. You should never stop prednisone w/out consulting your doc first. If you were started on Prednisone, I'm assuming near was a pretty serious judgment for it.
kate, it's not right for you to abruptly stop the use of steroids. your body might suffer from adrenal crisis. see the physician and ask if you can still verbs the medication.

Have been prescribed Prednisone until that time when having allergic impulse to poison ivy/shumac, so bad my eye be swollen shut. Something is not quite logical just about your question. If blurriness is a side effect, the doctor should be told. Otherwise, steroids are really zilch to mess with and can explanation worse than blurred vision. Heart attack comes to mind. and if you used any quill products that didn't agree with your hackle, that could have cause the hair loss. It's also apposite to examine where the coat loss is. Is it from the scalp or is your hair only breaking.
