u cant buy codiene on its own its a prescription only drug but u can buy cocodamol which is paracetamol and codiene. this is rather strong for even stronger you can buy paramol, which is very awfully strong. it contains paracetamol and dihydracodiene.

I was told not to smoke 48 hrs. past my surgery by the nurses and my doctor, but my will power is just horrible! My surgery is this Friday, my closing cigarette should've been later night, and I did so powerfully when I woke up this morning, and went to work.I didn't hold one all sunshine! I thought I was doing capably..wrong! I had one after dinner, and I know I'll enjoy at least 1 more back I go to bed! I will try not to enjoy any tomorrow, but I just obligation to know if i've ALREADY put myself in jeopardy with the anesthetics and/or surgery? Why can't I sit completely still?
For a while now I've notice that I am unable to sit completely still, certainly ever since I was possibly 13 or 14. I have to any keep moving my foot (as if it's to a song...a rythmic action) or to rock slowly back and forth. I've notice it commonly whenever I sit cross legged, I always move my foot up and down. Is that normal? It happen all the time. Is it stress related? I don't usually go and get a good night's sleep since I tend to doze for an hour or so during the day.One article I've noticed though is that if I'm sitting near one (or both )legs tucked under me, next I can sit still...no twitching or anything.
