My sweetie will message my poor achin' feet for me too which REALLY help a lot.
You might also try some sympathetic of joint creme similar to Ben Gay, or Icey Hot, or Aspecreme. Slather it on your feet and tolerate the tingly sensation start.
For the back and knees, variety sure you are practicing proper posture. you might also try a Chiropractor you might be out of alignment in your spinal column somewhere. Get it checked out as soon as possible so more problems don't develope.

Well, I do think we are adjectives looking for something when we sign on the world wide network. Some people can solely communicate on-line due to physical health reason, and maybe sometimes for mental vigour reasons. I do it as a hobby, I meditate it's better than being out running around spending money I don't own. I enjoy it and own been on-line for over 7 years.
