Have you ever be to a DO?

what did you think?
Answers:
Yes, I've see both a DO and an MD. There doesn't seem to be much difference within exams or procedures, but the DO checks on my emotional state and looks at me as an entity. He doesn't newly treat symptoms. I feel he is more thorough. I once thought that DO's weren't as okay trained as MD's, but that has not proven to be true.
You scrounging that vooDO that you DO so well?
Yes. Personally I prefer a DO. They are more trained to business deal with ethnic group and they are there to answer question and help and not purely get you within and out as soon as possible to get to the subsequent patient.

What is the difference between Sty and Pink eye?

I recently go to my cousin's house who had pink eye. The subsequent day I woke up and have a lump on my eyelid and it hurt to blink. I had an eyelash that be really painful and I pulled it out. My parents assumed I have pink eye but after researching I think I may enjoy sty. My parents have also put me on a Pink eye antibiotic.

What are the danger of taking pink eye antibiotic if I do have Sty?
Answers:
pink eye is contagious...styes are not.

An Eye Stye is a adjectives infection of the hair follicle of an eyelash, resembling a sore similar to a boil or a pimple contained by the gland at the edge of the eyelid which lead to blockage of the hair follicles that may become swollen, bind and painful to the touch. An Eye stye occur when staphylococcal bacteria infect one of the tiny glands at the stub of the eyelid hairs and afterwards becomes inflamed. An infection bacterium is frequently transferred from one spike shaft to another when rubbing it to relieve itching.

Unless the swelling blocks vision, a stye do not affect hallucination and their symptoms include pain contained by the eye or in the eyelid, discomfort when blinking, sensitivity to pallid, swelling of the eyelid, blurred vision and reddishness or tearing of the eyelid. In most cases, a tiny pimple is present. An Eyes Stye develops surrounded by 3 to 7 days; usually fills next to pus then burst spontaneously beneficial on their own when the infection drains. Pain and swelling subsides when the pressure is relieved.

This disease appears due to debilitated condition of the system. A diagnosis by a physician is not required but advisable because a chalazion can be mistaken for a stye. Chalazion is a non-bacterial lump on the eyelid cause by a blocked mucous gland under the eye. Your physician may examine your eyelid to determine the exact of the infection. This condition may also appear as result from blocking of the gland by dirt or due to error of refraction.

An Eye stye can be treated at home by applying very thaw out compresses for about ten minutes at respectively time, 3 to 4 times daily, using a raining, clean bath cloth to the tender area. This treatment will aid within the suppuration of the stye; suppuration refers to the forming of a head on an infection and the warmness from compresses speeds up the white blood cells to punch-up the infection. Your physician may prescribe the applications of antibiotic drops or antibiotic cream for the stye. If you have frequent styes, the prescription of an antibiotic rub will prevent the recurrence

Home Remedies for the Treatment of Eye Stye
- Rub clove spice within water and apply it over the stye to nouns pain.

- Use a grated potato as a poultice to fall swelling in inflamed eyes.

- Slit an aloe palm leaf lengthwise and place the pulpy side on the sore eye.

- Boil 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds beside a cupful of water similar to an herbal tea preparation to wash the eyes 3-4 times a hours of daylight.

- 1 teaspoon of turmeric in 2 cups of hose down until it reduces contained by half. Cool and strain 4-5 times through a fine muslin. Apply as eye drops 3-4 times a hours of daylight

- Take a cup of water. Dissolve 2-3 granule of alum in it. Use as an eyewash.

- Guava leaves, warm and placed on a warm wetness cloth, and then used as a compress; muffle the redness, throbbing and swelling.

- Boil a handful of acacia leaves in two cups of marine to make a decoction and apply it as compress on the eyelids

In undercooked cases, surgical drainage of the stye may be necessary if the stye is not responding to treatment or the infection is persistent.

There are also a wide compass of non-prescription products and topical medications for an eye stye, mostly made up of petroleum jelly and other emollients to save the eye moisturized. These medications are adjectives to relieve the pain and stop the tear, redness, itching, burning and stinging, but cannot treat the infection associated next to the eye stye.

Eye Stye Tips
As preventive measures, never put your fingers in your infected eye because your hand are full of germs, and allow the eyes styes rupture on its own. Many eye infections are contagious, and eye styes do require a big standard of hygiene. The best advise to no sharing of eyes-makeup, towels or frontage cloths is and during insertion and removal of contact lens be sure to use good hygiene practices.

I'm not sure if taking pinkeye antibiotic for Sty is bad, but a sty is close to a lump that is surrounded by your eylid, usually caused by germs, I'm not sure what cause pinkeye but I know it's ver contagious.
Pink eye is when the white part of your eyeball is totally pink, it may be itchy.A sty is a bump inside or around your eye. I see no spoil in using the antibiotic for any, but ask a doctor, anyway...

Never shock, wearing glasses is not a bleak thing. They are solely made to make your life span easier. Well, it seems resembling you do need goggles, so if you feel that you have need of them during the day, by adjectives means receive them. Glasses can make you look better looking than you do lacking them, depending on which ones you choose. Just remember to think up to date and convenient. Eye boogers?

My sis gets eye boogers that look similar to snot stuff, kinda stringy like. What are these cause from and how to treat??

Answers:
Maybe she should wash her obverse more often. Or better but take her to a doctor.
It's call an eye infection. Might not hurt (yet) but definitely a doomed to failure sign. Go to a doctor.
doctor
she might have some sort of pink eye or something. pocket her to the docs to check it out. the eyes are very high-status things to have.
It is everyday to have some small amount of "eye boogers". Our eyes enjoy natural ways of keeping themselves verbs and getting rid of the dirt that gets within there.

If the eye is red, bloodshot or throbbing, she needs to see a doctor for treatment, because that would indicate an infection.

If not, it may be from eye makeup or some irritant that is to say getting into her eyes. If it bothers her, she could try not wearing eye makeup and see if it goes away.
You might want to travel to the doctor for some eye drops
its probably a eye infection just bear her to the doctors to get it checked up
iajsdhefegut943ifewlkcd
sounds approaching pink eye.or some infection.see a doctor..or take her to see one!
Mucus surrounded by the eyes or eye boogers are nature's way of cleaning out the eye if tears aren't ample. They can be a sign of infection of allergies depending on the frequency and the symptoms that come with it. If the drainage is washed out, most likely it is a form of infection. If it is clear or buff with crusting it could be allergies. The end in of the drainage determines the way to treat it. Here are some suggestions:

If the drainage is accompany w/pink or red eye lids, on one or both eyes, later she most likely wants to see a doctor and get antibiotics.

If the drainage is more resembling a clear crust that is sticky, it is possible that she is allergic to something that she is sleeping essential. I might suggest getting a new nonallergenic pillow.

No issue what the cause, verbs the eyes with a verbs cloth. Consider the matter that you remove infectious and don't use the cloth again on someone else. It may be capable of spread by touch.

If the whites of her eyes are red too, then again it could indicate infection or allergies. If the problem doesn't resolve by shifting the pillow that she sleeps on or things that regularly touch her face, consequently you really need to see the doctor.

Lean more towards infection if the symptoms not long occurred and appear to be getting worse. Lean more towards allergies if the symptoms are worse on particular days and have occur several times over a period of time. Don't use eye drops unless the doctor say so. Particularly if she is a child. You want to help the problem not trademark it worse. Good luck.

Where can i buy products for douching?

Answers:
drug store...usually carries them..also usually KMart, Walmart, Target..etc. It would be beside the health and allure stuff..or with the feminine strictness...

You can also find all pure stuff at the natural food stores.

pious luck!
They can be bought at various places close to drug store, grocery store, walmart, etc.
You want to douche? You can purchase douche at your local drug store or grocery store in the feminine products aisle.

However, I wouldn't recommend douching, as it is not just completely unnecessary, but it is not good for you. The vagina essentially cleans itself out, and douching ends up washing out the average, healthy flora of the vagina, altering the pH stratum, and leaves you at greater risk of contracting infections.

Douching = bad. Don't do it.
any pharmacy or drug store
