Are within any circumstances that would relief qualify a 55 yr dated man on disability for a reverse mortgage loan?
The house is completely paid for. He's not all the same receiving social guarantee although the application is being processed. Chronologically he's 55, but the doctors own put his physical age closer to 70 due to the many, plentiful health and mental conditions.

I'm sorry but FHA/HUD is totally strict on the 62 age requirement. As someone else mentioned you may look into a home equity line of credit as an alternative. When he's 62 you can later do a reverse mortgage and pay sour the HELOC.

He could always look into a HELOC. He would enjoy to make a low interest solitary payment but it's another avenue for drumbeat into the equity.
A reverse mortgage is basically a loan on the equity within your home. The older you are and the more equity you own the more money you get and near is no monthly payments because basically the mound is buying your home. I don't believe they will even consider a loan for anyone under the age of 62.
You can still seize an equity loan at your age but it will require monthly payments. Maybe you could get the equity loan to hold you over until you are ancient enough for a reverse mortgage.

Sounds like your system "crashed". Laptops are solely rated to survive a trickle of a few feet, not an impact of 100mph or more which be what yours was probably doing when it hit the ground.

OMG! I such a woose when it comes to needles and those suckers are big. AND I KNOW b/c i have have two kids.
The first i had to achieve it in the appendage. That hurt like hell going within but after they took it out it just bruised up really desperate for a long time and was sore to the touch.
The second one i have was contained by my arm. They couldnt get to a artery in my appendage. Well, that one didnt hurt so bad going surrounded by but when they took it out it REALLY hurt and it hurt to the touch and when i bent and moved my arm. HURT ALL THE TIME. Plus, i have a blemish from it.

Some employers return with stuck with human resources who have a Dr who will write out an excuse when the lenient wasn't sick at all. Your employer probably requirements to verify your reason for one off. Personally, I mull over that is rather rude, but then again I am not within his position.
I think the visible answer would be ask your employer. It's because a medical leave is for an extended length of time. The source for your leave may impact your aptitude to perform your opportunity when you return. There are lots of reasons but why not a moment ago ask your employer and hear THEIR reasons?
