Can I talk to a doctor going on for snoring problems even if he hasn't been caught within a rainstorm?? How will my HMO deal??

Believe it or not, the best thing I enjoy found for burns where the skin is not broken is to draw from a bar of soap - it have to be a bar not soft soap - wet it, rub it over the burn and make tracks it to dry. (Don't wash it off). My Dad told me this years ago and it be a long time before I ever tried it because I thought it would sting but once I have tried it and was amazed that it worked, explicitly the only entry I ever do with minor burns in a minute.
