4th year after my tonselectomy, why is it even worse in a minute?!?

firstly, remove as much caffeinated products and processed food from your diet as possible. Fresh, unprocessed food will fill you up more and is not full of adjectives the rubbish that can affect sleeping patterns (ie. artificial this, synthesised that.)

A few days ago, I noticed an almost pimple-like item on my scalp, and now it looks resembling a scab. My entire scalp hurts, and this scab or whatever is giving me a headache.
