Okay, I know this will sound kinda unnatural, but when I have hiccups, I manage my finger into the back of my mouth and manually rub my uvala, and this if truth be told works about 90% of the time. I can't remember who showed me that trick, but I thought it be worth a try so I did it and it worked.
Every time I get hiccups, I lately draw in as big of a breath as I can and hold it until I can't hold it anymore (as long as at adjectives possible). I almost never fails, and if it doesn't work, I do it again and I don't guess it has ever not worked the second time.
