well Im no expert but heres my best.cardio is exercise for the heart (as surrounded by cardiac/heart) it gets your heart pumping & your blood flowing & over adjectives gets your body to burn rotund & get adjectives of its systems pumping..meditation is the relaxation & clarifying of the mind and is beneficial to you as it is healthy to own a calm & clear mind to better slove your duration dilemas & daily obstacle also to help within the destressing of the body..thats my take on it hope I help

watch your calorie and carb intake when you guzzle. also, you have to cut spinal column on your meal portions. instead of 3 big meal a day, try 5 or 6 smaller ones. i defintely reccomend the south shoreline diet high protein snack bar. they're tastey and nuritious. also, drink LOTS of water. river increases your metabolism which will help burn fleshy and calories quicker and at the same time it keep your stomache full and curves your appetite to a certain extent. running and crunches are SO high-status though! since you want to flatten down for may, it's gonna be really tough so you gotta work hard and stay devoted to your diet. i usually run a mile a day (make sure you run, walking doesnt do anything), and do around 150-200 crunches a day. best of luck to you!

Look, I've get a short leg and my spine is twisted and sore from it. Now the ankle on the deformed leg hurts all the time. The other knees is wearing out form compensating all my enthusiasm. I went to the to doctor today because I own been experiencing stomach pains at the top of my stomach (feels resembling my stomach has to growl but can't.) Anyways my doctor ruled out sharp reflux or a ulcer because I lone get this I don`t know three times a week and occurs lone in the afternoon strangly. She said I could own a hiatal hernia and I should get a Upper Gi series to experiment and find out (she also says it could be stress mostly but requests to make sure its zilch bad). I have done research so far on how the procedure is done, I am purely wondering if the Barium stuff makes you gag or achieve sick when/before/after you drink it. Also if anything hurts throughout the procedure.Answers:
