How to catch motivated?
I use to be so motivated to do things..work, learn, pursue, etc. Motivated for everything. I go through a couple of loses (relationships) that I somewhat got over. And immediately it seems similar to I've lost all motivation. I've become slothful. I want to jump at the thought of accomplish something again and do lots of things. But I only consider about it, I can't carry myself motivated to do it. Please help. I want some tips.

It does not run a long time to heal. Around 3-5 weeks, beside the first 3 days being the worst. Although most twinge will disappear after 1 week. Excluding the occasional accidental hit. Oh boy this is really strong on you but you really must try and keep fit somehow as if you permit your fitnest levels drop you will grain even more tired.
I have be where you are immediately and I still get bouts of extreme fatigue, but what I very soon try and do is walk on my treadmill for 15- 20 minutes everyday and endeavour to travel out for walks when ever the engergy level permit.

Why can't I stop sighing/yawning!?
For the last 5 or so days I enjoy had this overwhelming urge to yawn, and breathe really reverberatingly. I'm yawning/sighing deeply every 10 or so second.
