going vegetetarian...
but im afraid that it will
be bad for me..
because a friend of mine
went vegetetarian resembling a month
ago && she got really sick
she looked pale and tenancy...
&& i dont want that to happen
to me...
so are there
anyways surrounded by which
i can still go vegetatrian
and avoid going sick


Answers:    Your freind may have shocked her system or she was'nt getting the protein she requests that could be why she got sick, maybe her Iron be low also, make sure you get protein from other foods such as diverse nuts, legumes such as barley,lentils, beans, eat eggs and peanut butter dont over do it with the nuts, eggs and peanut butter, they own alot of cholesterol and fat, so small amounts. Also add an extra serving of the leafy greens Spinach, Broccoli, Asparagus and Kale those will hand over you Iron. Try it for 3 days if you start to feel sick stop. Best Wishes..
