I'm have an anxiety attack. oblige?


its been going on for about an hour immediately. my heart is pounding, my hands are shaky and clamy, i'm sweating and feeling giddy.

i dont have any water, and i'm adjectives alone at work today. i've tried sitting here, breating slowly, i've tried getting up and walking around

what can i do? usually they go away within give or take a few 15 minutes. i havent had a bad one resembling this in months


Answers:    Focus on something else. I know that's easier said than done but believe me, I've been in that. Breathe deeply. Take a walk contained by your backyard. Hard as it is, don't just sit there and meditate about how bad you surface. Really. Try and do something else. It'll pass..
Isn't there a bathroom at work?? Go at hand and splash cold water on your face and wrists. Hey why don't you basically start typing...type anything. I have those too! You can e-mail me if you want or just type something to yourself. If you're the solely one there...get up and run around for a minute...cry if you want. You're gonna be ok. Hang tight. This too will pass!!.
breath! take a few reflective cleansing breaths. now count to what ever number you like. Talk your self down and be unflustered.Deep breath and think calm. You can do this keeping doing what I said and you will be fine lately don't hyper ventilate and pass out. You are fine and can do this. How could you not hold any water at work.dont you have a restroom next to a bathroom sink ? Anyway, try breating slowly and if that doesnt work, call 911 if you think it is serious
