If you tucked your middle finger under your palm, why can't you raise your ring finger?
Answers: Some of the ring fingers tendon, work off of the middle finger, so where the middle finger goes, the ring finger won't be far behind..
Totally agree with Ray. But some people, however, can raise the ring finger while the middle is down. Joints and tendons do play a role in this enigma. =^-^=
