don't eat slimy foods like pizza, chicken, fries etc.
chocolate too, it can give u pimples. soda.
drink yogurt and fruits. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a morning. Water is really important.
products, wash ur facade once a day at least. verbs and clear is ok..
it's probably due to oily skin or clogged pores. my daughter got zits really impossible right before she started having her period. the doctor said it was just a common adjustment that her body was making. it's not the end of the world.
