I own hear Low Blood Pressure problem is related to some gooey inconsistency surrounded by our body! Is it true?
Answers: Low blood pressure is a sign of healthy heart and vasculature. Nothing to do with fluid level in a normal respectable person.
I say natural because obviously there are medical situations where on earth low blood pressure is down to fluid loss or electrolyte inbalance and this is pretty serious.
In young people, the lateral vasculature (arteries and veins in arms and legs) are much smaller amount resistant to the flow of blood than an older person, whose arteries may be clogged up near cholesterol, or just tougher and less 'bouncy' near age.
It can be problematic to have too low a blood pressure however, it can lead to dizziness and faint. A natural remedy for this is doing circulation exercises (such as standing on tiptoes repeatedly to pump the calf muscles), or eating liquorice. There are medication to increase blood pressure if it is a major problem for the patient however most people's blood pressure doesnt topple low enough to become a true bother..
agreed with the 1st re.
Then again, I enjoy a low BP which sometimes gets really annoying and to the point of dizziness/ almost falling.. have be like this since the late 20s.
It can be inherent, so... I guess if you function quite well otherwise, don't be overtly concerned. The problem may start if you use any meds that tend to lower BP etc. Watch those.
Donno going on for the liquid imbalance fragment.
If you and all your friends have low BP, i own a feeling this is a problem with the measure equipment you are using, or the interpretation of the results.
or, just being young at heart and in shape may result in lower than average bp.
