I freshly took calcium and a multivitamin and i consistency REALLY sick!?
Answers: sounds resembling there's a lot of iron in doesn`t matter what you took. the same thing happen to me. did you eat before you took it? if so, you may purely need to find a multivitamin with smaller quantity iron. if you didn't, then next time, please try to guzzle a small meal (at least) with it. it's also sometimes caring if you take vitamins after dinner and just until that time bedtime, so if you do have a bit of nausea, etc., then you're asleep and you don't realize it as much.
an alternative thing you can do: if you've been taking them several days, it could be that the iron have built up in your system and you need to transport a day off. try taking them every other morning.

If you take vitamins on an untaken stomach you will get a stomach ach and not want to eat. so bring in sure you have a little something surrounded by your stomach before you take your vitamins, try intake somehting like toast, it will help. You should try to bring certain pills right before or after you hold eaten. I learned my lesson the firm way which it sounds like you enjoy as well..
I had this problem since and a nurse told me to take the multivitamin before I budge to bed at night, I do this and have no problems at adjectives now. Multivitamins are horrible on an empty stomach. I'd try intake a little something if you haven't, and drink some water as very well. You should start to feel better..
With most vitamins you need to pocket it while your eating or shortly after.
