Answers: I am a fellow sufferer of anxiety and depression. There are so many wonderful medication today! Pleeese see a doctor. There is so much help for you! You're suffering for no reason! In a week, you'll be laughing legitimate laughs again. You won't just be going throught the motions. No more anxiety or panic attacks!
Please start beside a regular doctor. S/He can help you! Tell him EVERYTHING! IT'S FINE IF YOU CRY. If you need a psychiartrist, correct! Get to it ASAP.

Anyway I'm not sure what your question is and it's a little thorny to read some of what you typed, but I've talked to a therapist not long for those same symptoms and she was talking going on for anxiety. Anxiety can cause depression, sadness, so it is the anxiety you should treat. Also sooner than then..
If what you say is true then you must shift to the doctor and tell him that you need help/counselling.
I suggest you pinch a copy of you question or write down what you are feeling as we don't other tell doc what we feel. Ask yourself why you cry, in that must be an underlying problem/grief. Talk to your Mother on your own and make her see that you are really ill and worried. Please be in motion and get help
