I have white puss coming out of the pockets in the back of my mouth, what is it?

It's not puss, it's actually just accumulation of what you put in your mouth (so yes, it's very smelly).
My sister and I both get weird little white deposits in the back of our throats (one little one on each side) and eventually they build up and kinda fall out. It's actually normal, and our doctor told us not to worry about it.
It has a specific name but I honestly can't remember now... I was just glad it was normal..
ummm prob strep throat. or just a bad sore throat. dont share any drinks with anyone and try not to kiss. go to your doctor. they can tell you what it is. because if its strep throat...you need meds to make it better If its solid and is hard to get out its probably just phlem, if its growing on the tissue in your mouth it could be strep throat if you have a sore throat. try getting it out with a q tip..
Sounds like tonsillitis. I used to get it all the time. You will need antibiotics probably, but ask the Dr to do a throat swab first so they know what bacteria it is. PUS. It's called "PUS" ...
You might have infected salivary glands or some other infection.
GO TO a DOCTOR ASAP.

I would go to the doctor as quick as possible to start treating their diagnosis. Sounds like one of the many STD's or possibly strep. good luck hard balls that stink real bad? i dont know but my husband and best friend get that from time to time and both of them need to get their adnoids taken out.
could be an impacted (infected) tooth, whatever it is pus in your mouth is not good... could be one of two things- cheek cells possibly from rubbing up against teeth. Or venom- are you a reptile?.
Tonsilitis? You might have strep throat or a venereal disease..
herpes. Go to the doctor and get a throat caulture done.it might be strep throat...i have that right now.:(.
