Answers: you ever eat cream of wheat? loaded with iron - iron supplement ( vitamins) are supper cheap you can pick them up at wal mart for 2 bucks ( ferrous sulfate 325mg) you inevitability to drink something with lots of vitamin-c to absorb the iron though so lots of ginger juice too orange liquid and raisin bran lots of cereal have iron but if you don't have the vitamin c it will not hold your attention!.
Buy Ferrous sulfate or Ferrous Gluconate pills at most any drug store OTC and take them as prescribed everyday. They are iron pills. I had low iron most adjectives my life, I used to have to achieve shots of iron to build mine up. Foods high in iron include spinach, beets and liver. If you cook contained by an iron skillet it will build up faster, I even had to drink 1 oz. of grape wine 4 times a day. I almost get leukemia from my iron being so low. I would probably double up on the pills for the 4 days but no longer than that. Good luck, these things worked for me. GREEN, LEAFY VEGGIES: Lettuce, collard greens, turnip greens, etc.

I have border line anemia for a while and my doctor prescribed me iron pills. it isnt a an over the counter thing but if you dont want that... BEETS are really large in iron. REALLY high. Eat green vegetables. I erstwhile a physical one time because I had low iron and the nurse told me to eat abundantly of green vegetables before I retook the physical. It worked, and I passed!!.
